Below are our Rules and Regulations for attending a retreat, program, or event onsite at Our Lady's Healing Center.
We have also provided our Participant Agreement below, which all guests sign when they arrive.
The safety and well-being of our guests is of upmost importance to us. We thank you for your cooperation!
The Following Are Prohibited at All Times
The use of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and vaping is prohibited on the grounds.
The use of tobacco products is prohibited in all buildings (designated areas are provided outside).
The use of candles or other flames is not permitted in any of the buildings.
No pets are permitted on the grounds.
Dress Attire
Please wear appropriate clothing during the retreat (modest and comfortable, but no shorts or sleeveless shirts or blouses).
Privacy & Copyright Rules
No photography/videos/audio recordings are permitted at OHLC without the approval of the General Manager or Owners.
No posting on social media regarding personal information obtained while in sessions/retreats.
Please honor all copyright laws on all books/materials received during the sessions/retreats.
Injuries & Damage
Anyinjury/accident must be reported to the Owners or General Manager immediately.
Damage to OHLC property or equipment must be reported to the General Manager immediately.
Swimming & Fishing
The use of our pool and hot tubs is at your own risk and must be done with the permission of the General Manager or staff.
The use of the pier and fishing is at your own risk and with permission of the General Manager or staff. By state law, you are required to have a current fishing license on your person while fishing.
No swimming or wading in the bay.
Food or Drink
Coffee, drinks, and snacks are available in the cafe and dining area for guest use.
A small refrigerator is provided in each room.
The use of the commercial kitchen is limited to only certified staff members.
Our Lady Star of the Sea Chapel
The chapel is open 24 hours with the Blessed Lord present in the tabernacle.
Please be respectful at all times while in the chapel. No food or drink is permitted in the chapel.
Guest Rooms
Please keep the key in the door to avoid being locked out. If you are locked out of your room, please contact General Manager or staff. There is a deadbolt lock for added security while in your room.
Books & Gifts
Please coordinate all purchases at the gift shop with the General Manager.
Feel free to read the books available throughout the main building during your stay, but please put them back where you found them before you leave.
Wifi
Wifi is available in the main retreat building but not in the guest rooms. No inappropriate or unlawful Internet usage is allowed.
